Listen to Red Jacket Short Film Soundtrack 

As I had mentioned in my previous post, my passion around movies had led me to make a short film. Red Jacket is the realization of my dreams. The film is a bilingual (Kannada and Tamil) revenge drama and is in its final post-production stages. Thanks to my passionate team who rolled along with my passion and dream. Ashok is the music composer of the film.  Ashok and I have had long discussions on the BGM (Background music) and how it could add an additional layer to the visuals.  The journey lead us to explore each of the characters and emotions in form of music. The result of this journey has turned into an album. Before I write more here are the Kannada and Tamil versions of the album for you to listen to.

The album is an orchestration of music with human emotions. The album is in line with the genre of the movie, explores the dark side of the human emotions with an emphasis on desire, greed, anger and pride. These tracks capture the essence of the emotional depth in building each of the characters. The tracks are designed in a way that can provide the pleasure of listening without having watched the film.
